If I could rate Troy 10 out of 10 stars I would!!! Troy did a phenominal job shwoing us homes and assisting us in finding the perfect house! He was very patient as the we looked at many houses until we found the one we wanted. There was no pressure and always wanted what was best for us!! We will always refer our friends and family to Troy for any one we know whos interested in buying or selling their home!! Troy was great and we are more than thankful for his services!!!

We were in the process of selling at home during a difficult time, both economically, the market was poor, and there were emotional ties to the home. He was incredibly responsive and attentive to both details and the sensitivity of the situation. He actively marketed the property and showed the home in a manner that was persuasive, but not pushy. I would recommend him to any seller or home buyer that wants efficiency without a sales pitch.

Troy had a great amount of knowledge of the area we were looking at and a great idea of houses that would be a good fit for us. He was always available and in touch and was very patient as we looked at a lot of houses. He also helped us find a mortgage broker when our financing fell through. If there were any areas he was unfamiliar with he had a co-worker, Rose Grasso, who was also very helpful.

Troy Larson was extremely professional every step of the way. He was able to answer all of our questions and was able to find us a home in our price range that fit our needs perfectly. Finding an inexpensive home that didn't need a ton of work to make it liveable isn't easy and Troy was able to make that happen for us. Whenever we needed to talk to him he was available or if we had to leave a message his return contact was prompt and courteous. I would most certainly recommend Troy to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the area we were looking in.

Well, I Look't at three house, with a broker, when it was a good time, for him then he would set up time, When it was not good for him, Well you know. So when i found the house i am in now, A friend called me and said that is Troy, Well when i tell you, I called Trot Maybe Ten times And TEXT him 20 ?? or more, When ever it was, He called right away, And text me right back, If i buy a house again, it will be Troy, I just hope more people wood call him, You will love the service, it went so cool, he did it all, This was my first time buying a hose, Thank You M.
